Fortnite offers some huge tournament winnings— the Fortnite Fall Skirmish Series being the biggest, featuring a $4 million prize pool for the winners. Fortnite provides professional players stability, especially when it comes to salaries. Some professional Fortnite players can make over $100,000 a year on salary alone.

We’ve hunted down the figures to bring to you the top 10 highest paid Fortnite players in 2018.

10) Kinstaar – $212,940

Duong “Kinstaar” Huyh is a swiss Fortnite player, making him the only non-american to place in the top 10. The swiss player won the majority of his earnings through playing in the Summer and Fall Skirmish, his biggest winning bringing him in the prize of $58,750 from a single tournament. 

9) Chap – $231,950

Ryan “Chap” Chaplo is an American Fortnite player who also won big in the Fall and Summer Skirmish. The largest cash prize that Chap has won from a single tournament was $37,500 from Fortnite Fall Skirmish. 

Chap joined Team Liquid in June 2018 which contributes to the majority of his earnings.

8) Vivid – $232,350

Noah “Vivid” Wright is an American Fortnite player. Vivid has won many weeks in the Fortnite Summer Skirmish, leading to some big tournament earnings. The biggest cash sum the Team Liquid player took home was $67,500 after ranking 1st in the Fortnite Summer Skirmish Series Week 4.

7) 72hrs – $242,450

Thomas “72hrs” Mulligan is another American Fortnite player. 72hrs is also a member of the notorious Team Liquid. The largest cash prize that 72hrs has been awarded from a single tournament was $77,500 from Fortnite Summer Skirmish.

6) Morgausse – $265,000

Austin “Morgausse” Etue is another American Fortnite player. Morgausse’s great performance in the Summer Skirmish saw him coming in first place and bringing him home $250,000 for the win. 

Morgausse is not currently a member of any teams.

5) Poach – $320,475

The American Fortnite player Jake “Poach” Brumleve is the 5th ranking player in our list of the highest paid Fortnite players. The majority of the Team Liquid’s player earnings come from the Summer Skirmish Series, bringing him in a prize of up to $135,000 through a single tournament. 

4) NateHill – $340,825

Nate “NateHill” Hill is an American Fortnite player. NateHill is a member of the well-known FaZe clan, where he has acquired 87% of his earnings. NateHill managed to rank 2nd with his partner FunkBomb in the Fall Skirmish Series, rewarding him $127,500 for the win.

3) Bizzle – $402,525

Timothy “Bizzle” Miller is again an American Fortnite player. Bizzle has obtained over $400,000 of prize money through only 12 short tournaments. His biggest win in a single tournament was $205,000 where he placed 2nd in the Summer Skirmish. 

Bizzle has been playing for Ghost Gaming since June 2018.

2) Cloak – $418,650

Dennis “Cloak” Lepore is an American Fortnite player who is well-known in the Fortnite community for his duo plays with Tfue. Also a member of the FaZe clan, which makes up the majority of his tournament earnings. Cloak ranked in 1st place for the Fortnite Fall Skirmish, bringing him in an impressive $255,000.

Tfue is a player that needs no introduction due to his popularity through streaming. The North-American player has managed to earn an impressive $465,425 through tournament winnings, bringing him in at first place on our list. 

Tfue has been a member of the FaZe clan since April 2018.
